Questions
What is the Pomodoro Technique?
A time-management method created by Francesco Cirillo: work on one task for 25 minutes, take a 5 minute break, and after four rounds take a longer 15–30 minute break.
Can I change the lengths?
Yes. Set the focus, short break and long break minutes and the number of rounds before a long break. Changes apply when you press Reset or Apply.
Does it switch between work and break automatically?
Yes. A short sound plays at the end of each block and the next one starts on its own. A longer alarm plays when the whole set is done.
